The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau (KNAB) has initiated a criminal proceeding against the private person for the bribery (The first part of the Article 323 of the Criminal Law).
The private person gave a bribe, alcoholic beverage and money in amount of 100 EUR in gift wrapping, for the extension of the construction license for the interests of the briber.
In relation to this criminal offence, the private person is recognized as suspected for the bribery.

KNAB states that no person is considered guilty until his guilt of a criminal offence is proved in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.
