The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau (KNAB) has initiated a criminal prosecution against the inspector of The State Technical Monitoring Service for using official position in bad faith in various episodes and for taking a bribes in the process of the issuing tractor’s driving licenses without observing an order regulated in The Cabinet Regulation No 1123.
KNAB also has initiated a criminal prosecution against individual for giving the bribe (Criminal Law 2nd Part of Section 323).
To suspects have been applied non-custodial security features.
